Return and Refund Policy

Tejano Tackle and Outdoors LLC

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all original tags and accessories included. Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or altered packaging are not eligible for ordinary returns.

How to Request a Return

Email sales@tejanotackle.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before shipping merchandise back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordinary returns. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact us promptly with photographs so we can arrange an appropriate resolution, including return shipping at our expense when necessary.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable for ordinary returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
